Tenebrae. Email Q&A with cEvin Key. September 1998.

1. You haven't had a lot of positive things to say about B. Leeb, so why did you do the Cyberaktif project with him?

i don't have negative things to say about Bill. I was just pissed about him using Skinny Puppy as a platform for his work, which it never was. His platform has been created in FLA and he would be rather pissed if his sideline guitarist started going around saying he started and invented the sound of FLA. It was just alot of bullshit. I worked with Bill on Cyberactif because we had rekindled our friendship at the time. But in actuality I now see it as yet another attempt by Bill to inherit our working procedures. Ever felt sucked on by a vampire ?

2. Any plans/desire to collaborate with Rhys Fulber?

Yes, I like Rhys, and we speak quite a bit. He lives in Amsterdam now, and is quite removed from the Leeb camp. I think it will be a good thing for him, as he is very talented, and I would like to hear what he really wants to do, now without the Leeb influence. We have spoken about doing a mutual project, some Islamic middle eastern stuff.

3. What will it take to get a TDP tour video released?

There really is only a bootleg video of that show, or probably a series of bootlegs from that tour. it would need to be compiled.
