CEVIN KEY PLAYS VEGAS

Update :: Corey
cEvin Key in Vegas

cEvin Key is bringing his solo Tokyo Decadence DJ set to the Las Vegas House of Blues, where Puppy played on the last tour, on June 8th. He's playing along with CoRe, a suspension performance, and Swingshift Sideshow, a freakshow with sword swallowers and fire dancers. Altogether this is the best reason to go to Vegas since the invention of the concept of all-you-can-eat.

Check out the Facebook Event Page.

OHGR EXPLAINS CRASH AND MORE

Update :: Corey
The ohGr press clipping deluge continues. Of prime interest is Revolver's feature on Crash. Hear the song and read Ogre's description of its background and creation here.

Reviews are pouring forth like a fluid coming out of some type of container for pouring it. Sacramento Press, Vampire Freaks, and Maximum Ink are all weighing in. But you don't need to read those to know that you should be tearing the shrink wrap from the disc right this second.

Due to some unfortunate regional issues, fans in Europe will have to wait a little while longer for the release on May 20th via SPV. But, hey, you got a Skinny Puppy tour last summer and a few hundred years of cultural heritage ahead of us here in North America, so it evens out.

OHGR UNDEVELOPED RELEASED TODAY

Update :: Corey
ohGr's new album UnDeveloped is out today in North America. If you're lucky enough to still live in the vicinity of a brick and mortar record store, race there like the wind to get your copy of Ogre and Mark Walk's first release since 2008. Otherwise, the album is available through all of the usual online retailers, including directly from Metropolis. A combination of old-school Puppy and an almost Gary Numan-esque sound, this is the record that many people have always been wishing ohGr would make. Anthemic, melodic, dark, and groovy, this album will soon take its place alongside classics like Welt, which through some cosmic synchronicity was released almost exactly ten years ago.

To celebrate, we will be holding a contest here on Litany that can earn you a promo flat autographed by Ogre himself. Keep watching this space.
